How do we start the process?


Step 1: Schedule a call

Set up a business plan that works for both parties. No plan is ever the same.

Step 2: Agreement

Once we have determined the terms, a legally binding agreement will be signed to move forward with the Search. We will also at this point request proof of funds and deposit.

Step 3: Search and Secure

Start the search & close on the project that fits your requirements in 90 days or less.

Step 4: The Introduction to the Asset

We will produce a detailed PDF/Report of the asset(s) being presented. This includes photos, videos, excel sheets and a market report.

Step 5: Completion
Once an agreement is signed with the vendor, the sourcing fee is then paid in full.
