At Home Miners, we don’t just assist with property investments—we actively invest, renovate, and manage projects ourselves. Having spent the last several years actively delivering results in Portugal’s real estate market, HMPI specialises in high-return investment opportunities through fix-and-flip projects, rental acquisitions, project management, and joint ventures.
Our founder, Steven Whyte, has built a strong reputation for identifying profitable, undervalued properties and structuring deals that deliver a minimum 20% Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). His expertise extends beyond Portugal, having successfully executed investments in Canada, the UK, and the Caribbean.
Steven’s foundation in real estate investment was shaped by mentorship under the late Stefan Aarnio, one of North America’s top real estate investors. This training instilled a results-driven approach, ensuring every investment is backed by data, negotiation strategy, and market expertise..
